CONGRATULATIONS! We finished the season in the top 10% of all guilds in Rated Battle Grounds in World of Warcraft, The United States, and The Shadowmoon Server. Our hard work has paid off as we are ranked 4th out of the 61 Alliance guilds listed for RBGs on the Shadowmoon server according to guildox.com. Check it out for yourself. We have become a powerhouse and are moving upward. Now is the time that you should dedicate yourself to being a part of the action. The new season starts next week on March 12, 2013. Here is what you should do: Step 1. Be full Malevolent. If you are not full Malevolent now you should run BGs to get honor and buy the remaining pieces until you are full Malevolent. You have a week to do this. Get started. Make sure that you are gemmed properly and have your gear enchanted. Officers in the guild can help you with this. Step 2. There are 3 official guild RBG/PVP events every week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday at 7:00 PM server time. Sign up on the in-game calendar and show up early. Signing up for events beforehand helps the guild leaders plan out the group comps and schedule for each RBG/PVP event. You should sign up "Tentative" if you are not going to be at a guild event. IF YOU DISREGARD THIS STEP CHANCES ARE THAT YOU WILL BE DISREGARDED. If taking a few minutes to do this seems like too much work I assure you that there are plenty of lame PVE guilds and RBG PUG groups out there just waiting (and waiting, and waiting, and waiting) for you. The Schedule: Tuesday: 7PM Best of the Best Rated Battleground progression. If for some reason you are not in the main group on Tuesday you really should be in vent and be on standby waiting for your opening. Our goal every Tuesday is to get 6 RBG victories for the guild. Our goal overall is to progress to a rating of 2400+. Wednesday: 7PM Multiple groups. Be softcapped and show up to support the guild on Wednesday. If we have 14 or more players we will run multiple groups. This is a recruitment opportunity to expand the talent base of the guild. Our goal every Wednesday is to get one victory in three games or less to hardcap everyone who participates. Here is your opportunity to audition for the Best of the Best group. Sunday: 7PM Leader's choice RBG/PVP. We will be working to develop new tactics and strategies to advance our program. We will run RBGs, arenas, or what it is that we need to complete the week and be ready for the next week. This is another opportunity to audition for the Best of the Best group. For a long time now I have listened to players of all talent levels tell me how awesome that they are. Great. We, the leadership of Asherons Chosen, will continue to listen to how awesome you think that you are; however, what we really want is for you to SHOW US how awesome you are. Our goal is to be number one. That is it. The top. We are looking to promote PVP generally on the Shadowmoon server and be ambassadors to what excellence in PVP is. We are building a corps of 57 total officers. There is plenty of room for your personal goals so start now and dedicate yourself to the program. Look at it this way: Each NFL (football is the finest sport in the world in my opinion) team has 53 players on its roster during the season. 45 players are in uniform and are on the sidelines ready to enter the game to play their role. Some are on special teams and are working their way to the starting positions on offense and defense. At any given time there are only 11 players on the field. Every one of the 53 players on the team roster gets a gold championship ring if the team wins the Superbowl championship at the end of the season. If we, the leadership of Asherons Chosen, see that you are putting your effort in each and every event day YOU WILL be hardcapped every week and get the gear and the rating you are looking for. Tuesday, January 8, 2013 : THE FUTURE IS NOW!	Aldazar
PROGRESSION! Ok, we have a solid core of players. Now we are working on strats, comps, and gear. The big question is: Where are we headed? Here it is so far... THE PLAN: Step 1. The best of the best. We are no longer concerned about filling groups. We have geared, skilled, dedicated, and mature members filling our RBG teams. What we need to do now is efficiently move up in the ratings. The idea is not to grind everyday in RBGs for effect but rather to dedicate one or two days of the week to win consistently with our mains and move up in ratings. This will be done probably on Tuesday-Wednesday, Tuesday-Thursday, Tuesday-Sunday, Thursday-Sunday, or still yet to be determined based on the needs of the members of the core group. Step 2. Growth. What is better than a winning RBG team? Two winning RBG teams. At least one formal guild event day at this point maybe Sunday will be dedicated to flexing our might and inspiring talented and mature players to join our ranks. Step 3. Dedication. One thing that I want to assure you of: "Last Chance" Mondays are gone. We are not carrying anvils as a rule. Those members that are missing events at the beginning of the week consistently for whatever reason will not be able to take advantage of the good nature of our talented players to get those "Last minute" points that they need before the week ends. If you are with us you need to be with us. Step 4. The Endgame Goal. Never forget that our goal is to reach an RBG rating of 2400+. We will make changes on occasion to step our way to achieve this goal based on the needs of our loyal dedicated players. Believe it. It is going to happen. Make sure you keep this in focus. Step 5. Diversity. Asherons Chosen is focused on PVP; however, there are other achievements in the game that are worthwhile. Our growing membership will facilitate progression in these other areas such as engame raiding. Be ready if this interests you. Sometimes it is good to take a break into something different to give you balance and possibly a new perspective that will help us in our quest for victory. Step 6. Communication. Make sure you take care of the details such as signing up on the ingame calendar. Our group leaders need that edge to plan our victories. If you have an idea that is well thought out you need to express that idea. Ingame mail is good for that. A good idea is a good idea no matter where it comes from. Step 7. Prospective. Never forget who we are or where we came from. There will be good days and not so good days ahead of us. Stick to the plan and persevere. Lets do this. Onward. Victory We no Gava. 0 Comments

Lets mount up and see what we can do! I am well prepared for this new expansion. I hope you are too. In the coming days we will be getting together most nights at 7:00 PM to: Quest Run Instances *Run Battlegroups My intention is for us to attract more mature players to join us so that we can establish a rated battleground group and a raiding group early on.
